Have purchased several of these in the past. I use them on various types of plates, but pewter ones in particular. Pewter is such a soft metal and should not have the typical hanging wires attached to them, nor should they be placed in a standing plate holder. These work really great on the backs of plates. I give them time to "cure" after I put them on the back of the plate. So far I have never had any issues with items detaching and falling on the floor. If I ever do decide to remove the discs, I can easily do so without damaging the plate's surface.

Great and creative product to hang plates. Just dont know if anything written on porcelain where the sticker is pasted comes off if we take off the sticker...

These work very well as plate hangers just be sure to follow the directions completely and use the right size for the weight of your dish.

These work perfect! They are very easy to apply. I applied mine onto the plates and let them adhere overnight before hanging. I will definitely use these from now on.
