This had one job and that is to float. If you like laying in the pool with your head half submerged in the water, then this raft is for you. This raft replaced ones purchased at Walmart 10 years ago for $25. They were made of the same material and were far superior. Keep your $80 and buy one of better quality or an inflatable.

These are nice floats for the price! I will say that I'm not sure what makes these "oversized"- seem pretty standard to me. They're enough to keep my husband afloat (6'2", 200lbs), but just barely. Still, they are exactly what I expected when I ordered- seem well constructed, durable (time will tell), and are an overall good value.

I felt that the part of the float that supports the head was too small. I had one of these before and the upper portion was a lot larger to support a persons head.
