Great wind turbine kit

Great wind turbine kit! Clear student friendly instructions. We use the Pitsco structural glue and they stay together quite well.
Requires very strong wind source

Perhaps due to the variability in the assembly of the propeller - which my guess would affect the aerodynamics, but even with a high power fan it barely emits light. Had to go with another kit for my son's science project.
Great Start for Science Fair Project

My son had to do a project measuring the effect of the angle of the turbine blades on the amount of power produced. Even though we had to do some modifications to allow for the variable blade angle, the kit provided everything else we needed (except the voltage meter). Worked great. He assembled the kit (as shown) in about 5 minutes without my help.
No good
