It's comfortable and rolls easily. The plastic spinning tray is a joke. The cone has already split. The tray just rests on the frame. There's no bearings or even track to guide the tray. It's difficult to spin empty.
The frame has square holes on both sides where the wheels are attached. The wheels have a square nut that fits in the square holes and then a special round tubular type nut goes through the top onto the wheel bolt. 2 problems here. 1 it's easy to put the wheels on the wrong way and there's no way to tighten the tubular bolt with out using vise grips and scratching it up.
They should only put the square holes on the side the wheels attach to and supply the specialty wrench needed to attach the wheels bolts.
The directions said I needed to attach the seat lever to the seat but mine was already attached. I'm wondering if I got a returned one?

I have to say, I was HELLA excited about this chair when I first found it. The look, the feel and the tray were all the right color and fit. When it got here It was easy to assemble. When you sit on it however, thats where it all goes sideways. The pump head they used in design hits the base of the seat when you sit down, a serious design flaw.... so the pump handle is stuck eternaly in the down position and it wont ever raise. So I ordered ANOTHER one thinking it was defective. This one had an improvement of sorts, looks like the company made a change in the pump head base where it meets the chair, and welded a cross member with a hole in it to prevent the pump shaft slipping thru the chair base plate and doing the same thing as the first. This is just a terrible design, and the picture of this current chair looks like they fixed the issue with a box style base under the chair which would ensure it never connects with the head, even the lever is different in this picture. Id love a response from the manufacturer or a replacement with the proper design, if not, it stays at the star. So two chairs, two strikeouts.. Sigh, i really liked this chair, but for 140$? I need a working product.

My use for this seat is a little unusual. I massage and lotion my mothers feet and legs every morning and night. I have her recline as far back as she can go in her chair in order to have the best access to her legs. I needed something that sits very low and that allows me to move around in different positions. This little chair does the job. I got it because it is lower to the ground than other chairs I viewed, because of the comfortable-looking seat, and because of the tray, allowing me to store her lotions, towel, and preparations. It is a wonderful choice for us. I dearly love it. I would suggest being careful as you roll around; I moved my body forward in it one day; turns out it was too far forward, and tipped over. All is well. I got up, put the caster back in and haven't had another problem.

I bought this chair because it looks nice, seemed sturdy and was affordable. I used it 1 time and the cylinder that moves the chair up and down is broken. I can still use the chair in the lowest setting but that's not what I paid for. I contacted the company and they said they would take care of the problem but it's been a week and I have received nothing. Also, the seat itself feels cheap like it won't hold up and it is already starting to bend on one side. This is a piece of junk. Save your money.
