Perfect beginner piece to start droning in seconds.
Christian LunaApril 17, 2018
I rarely write reviews. I was blown away how quickly I was droning some deep and loud notes with this thing. For the price, build quality and looks are excellent. Wax mouthpiece was a bit blemished, but still allowed for a tight seal. This was the first time in my life using this instrument and I was droning in a matter of seconds. Amazing. Perfect for beginners like me who wanted to try this out, but not willing to invest in a bigger price unit just yet. The sound is so loud I'm nervous it'll scare the neighbors!

Purchased this on a whim. Alcohol may or may not have been involved. I am able to produce the recognizable Aborigine sound, however the circular breathing thing???? Good God!! That's impossible. But it's fun to play with. I'm not at all disappointed with my purchase, even if I don't remember making it.

Absolutely an impulse purchase, and it's just as fun as you'd imagine. I would describe its sound as obnoxious, but in the best way. All the cats in my house scatter in terror at the ferocious sound of the didgeridoo. It is plastic, but looks like wood, just as everyone has said. Will buy again if I somehow break it.
Didgeridoo, a strange instrument. I love it, my cats hate it.

i wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this didgeridoo. It arrived in a tall square tube (for lack of a better word).
It is lighter than I expected and easy to hold. Playing it is interesting, I am still learning how to get circular breathing correct. I'm not even close.

The cats hate the noise and flee to the far corners of the house except for my small kitty who walks up to the didgeridoo, hisses at it and bats it with her paw several times. Thus with the evil didgeridoo defeated she stalks off to beat up another inanimate object.

I read that learning how to play a didgeridoo what helpful with sleep apnea because you need to learn circular breathing, being able to blow while inhaling at the same time.

It is fun to play and easy to get a good sounding tone within seconds of unpacking it.
The cats will just have to learn to deal with the noise.
