A bit skimpy on length and width.

The overall look is lovely. I bought the full size for a full bed. The width is almost enough...a little skimpy. Does not reach the floor on the sides as I would like. Length could also be a bit more in order to reach the floor and easily tuck around pillows. Afraid of what will happen when washed. Maybe the queen size would have been better.

This is a really nice bed spread. Very happy with the quality. I have a Queen sized bed so went with the recommendation to go with a King size since people were saying it shrunk after they washed theirs. I wish I had gotten the Queen. Mine did not shrink all that much. I first washed it as directed. It did not shrink near enough. Then I washed it in hot and dried it in a hot drier. It did shrink some more, but not quite enough. I would recommend the King if you have a extra thick mattress, but not if you have a regular mattress. The King hits the floor and I would have liked it to hit about an inch off the floor on both sides of the bed. Still very happy with my purchase.
Sizing Is Way Off

These are pretty spreads, but are too short from the top of the bed to the front. After reading the reviews, I ordered king size bedspreads so they would reach the floor on either side of my queen beds. They are fine side to side and do reach the floor, but after tucking pillows in, they are 12 inches from the floor on the bottom. We finally turned them sideways so they are about ten inches from the floor all around. Since the top of the spread is squared off, they do look odd, but better than when they are touching the floor on the sides and 12 inches up on the bottom. I would have returned them, but I had already washed them, so I am stuck. I STRONGLY suggest you try them on the bed first. Other than the fit, they are nicely made and attractive.

I am very unhappy with this product. When I opened the package, the bedspread smelled like a chemical plant, so I was forced to wash it. I followed the directions, washed in cold water, dried on ultra delicate until it was just damp, then took it outside. Yes, it shrunk to the point that it looks like a coverlet now. I will order a King size for my Queen bed and hope that works.
I LOVE this bedspread! Every time I see my bed, I am happier for a moment.

I read a lot of reviews, and then hit "1-click" without realizing I did. So I bought it. Nice surprise! It arrived on time, and unlike some reviewers noted, it has no objectionable smell at all. It smelled like a new cotton garment. No chemical smell. I spread it on my bed immediately to ensure it would fit. Plenty large. I understand it will shrink, but I have not washed it yet. The fold lines have almost disappeared. It is BEAUTIFUL! I just love what this does to my bed and my bedroom's look! And it is a nice, weighty feeling under it, but not too hot. So perfect for these warm summer nights! And I just love that design. I have no complaints, only praise. (Honestly, it makes me feel like an adult. lol)
