There really isn't much I can say except for the fact that this is perfect for Okonomiyaki. Sure, one could make their own version at home, but a lot of us do not live near Japanese markets (or even have such a market in the state) to buy all the ingredients to make home-made Okonomiyaki sauce. So this is handy. And as always, it is delicious. Okonomiyaki isn't "okonomiyaki" without this sauce.

Just had out first at-home okonomiyaki pancakes with this sauce and Japanese mayo (MSG free Kewpie from amazon). This vegan okonomi sauce tastes delicious and came safety-sealed and packed in an extra baggie for good measure. Highly recommended.
