It's hard to find these refills locally; they are a little spendy but very handy in the car. We used to be able to get them at the dollar store, but they seldom have them now.

Definitely not like the tempo! more like a hard Kleenex, and it leaves dust particles all over my car just like a Kleenex would. Wish I could find the actual tempo because these are not a good replacement once you have had them.
The tissues hang down blocking your sight.

I was willing to put up with the thinner-than-Tempo tissues, but the problem is when you take out out, the next one, unlike Tempo tissues, hangs out and therefore partially obstructs your driving view. I wouldn't have bought these if I knew they did that and I wished I read these reviews instead of just buying to the 4 1/2 star rating.
