We had searched for an antique bell for some time. We wanted a dinner bell for our farm. Most antiques weee too expensive or damaged. This bell is a perfect size and excellent quality.
It is very heavy and seems to be made well.

It is a nice looking bell and heavy. The whole in the top of the bell is to much bigger than the eye bolt going through it to mount the top hanger and the top hanger does not fit straight on it. The mounting bolt is to long and takes away from the nice look of it. So I took a small eagle from a small flat pole and drilled and threaded it to cap the threads sticking up. I just got it and haven't mounted it yet but I am pleased with it and think it will make a good addition to my yard art around my cabin.

We have it outside on our driveway walkway , it is like the traditional farm dinner bell. We live in the beautiful, peaceful , Arkansas, Ozarks, and the bell was made to be here. Great price too. To find an antique bell, that this bell rivals would cost a small fortune. Would highly recommend it.
