Awful if you want to clone a Windows OS system. I got so frustrated with it, didn't even ask for a refund. I just scratched media and threw it away.

If you are a ordinary PC user this probably is not for you. It may work as great as some say but, there are no instructions included with the disk. After reading some of the reviews I figured that it needed to be loaded at start up because it is a boot disk. However, that was of no use because to me the choices given were something that only advanced users might understand. I went through some options guessing that they may be right then realized I was only guessing and could possibly screw up my main disc with a wrong choice. Returned the disk to Amazon and ordered one that appears to be user friendly, even had an online video so you could preview the set up before ordering.
