This is the second one of these caps I've bought. I have a 10 gallon head so I thought the x-large one would suffice but alas, I wasn't meant to be. I like the look of the hat so I ordered a size smaller and it fits perfect. Love the hat!

UNBOXING:
My order was over $50 so it was free shipping. Not sure why the tape on the box said "Amazon Prime". Just advertising it I suppose. Well packed. UPS.
FIT:
Approx 22" smallest, with elastic expanded to max approx 23.25". My head is 22" so the elastic is at its smallest state, no expansion.
FABRIC: 100% Polyester. Looks thick but isn't. Looks like leather but is not. As I'm trying to be kinder I'm glad of this. Very soft, light weight. It's winter now, not sure how breathable this will be in warmer temps. Stitching is consistent.
DESIGN:
Some flat caps this shape sit high on the crown of the head. This does not in that it has a good scoop back that ensures it's ON. The scoop in the back does come folded in during shipping so you will see a soft crease. With some steam and hand shaping I got it out.
OTHER:
It seems there is a "Rate and Review" discount coupon attached to it. I will not be using it as you have to spend $99 worth of product to use it. I feel the sellers photographs for this color are True. "”My uncle use to wear these back in the day... real leather. I will think of him as I wear it. :)
