the texture of these hoikken noodles are perfect for stir fry. they remind me of the noodles you're given at the Mongolian grill i go to. they're nice and springy and absorb flavors well. you get 2 separate bags of noodles in each pack, meaning you get 12 bags of noodles when you buy a 6 pack. really good deal, in my opinion.
