I have reduced it to two stars, can't send chine looks good, however looks to be repaired with glue. Trying to send picture very frustrating. Bought from Amazon, I can't get this review posted with a picture of the part that is obviously been glued. What to do send the whole machine back or the part that looks repaired? If I have to do this over it will be one start, already reduced it from 3.file://localhost/.file/id=6571367.8399691

Love this thing. What a quality product. We've put it through the mill and give it 5 starts all day long! My stripped down wood floors now look gorgeous, my tile floors are clean clean clean. Quiet, smooth, quality. Does NOT come with pass, those are sold separately, but comes with the ring that holds them. With the money to be sure!
