This stuff is the stuff! So, so good! Use it on BBQ, it tastes great on all the meats. No meat in your diet? No problem, slather all the veggies in this stuff! Ideas for tongue smacking tastiness.
Pork loin cut super this bbqed all sloppy style with this sauce, smashed into a good hoagie roll and topped with quick pickled radishes, carrots and cucumbers, finish with sriracha mayo and a spray of lime juice.
Do the same thing with zucchini or mushrooms in place of the pork if you are vegetarian.
This one is a little crazy, but stay with me here.
Make yourself some meatballs 50/50 pork and beef, 3 lbs combined, add 1 onion, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Cook those badboys till they are done, then pour 1/2 C of this sauce mixed with 1,15 oz can of pineapple allll over the meatballs. Cook nice and slow until the sauce starts to thicken and stick to the meatballs. Serve oven rice.

I tried this as a test as Szechwan sauces are very different and unique to the cook or manufacturer. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is excellent. The price is excellent also. The sauce keeps well so the large 73 oz bottle is the way to go. If you do a lot of stir fry and other cooking where a Szechwan sauce is useful, a family will go through this in 3 months. If less frequent, longer but it keeps well. I also used it as a barbaque sauce and it is great.
Good taste, but is more yellow than red.

The flavor is OK, although not quite as good as the red restaurant sauces I have had. This is more of a yellow or gold color. But I like it better than any of the sauces I have been able to find in the local stores, so. expect to stick with this one unless I can find one more like the real restaurant style. I like the pineapple & other chunks, which the restaurant style does not have, so there is some gain there.
Good

Love the sauce

Love the sauce, but bottle is heavy enough where if you can find it in a store it will be cheaper (free shipping isn't free)
