Corner Rounder For Very Small Rounding
J. KurraschNovember 25, 2017
I bought this to round (just barely) the corners of my business cards, so they won't tear the lining of pockets and purses. It works exactly as I'd hoped; that is, my card still looks rectangular, but the corners are just soft enough to be safe for delicate fabric.

Works great, but had to test on several pieces in the beginning until the (oil/grease) stopped being visible on the edges of the counters I clipped, as it was leaving black marks. Now, however, it's perfect. Makes wargaming much more pleasing to the eye and the fingers.
High quality too but 2mm is really small rounding.

To be clear the quality of the tool is top notch. I bought this to round the corners of game counters. 2mm is not enough. I wish I'd have bought the 3mm. And I wish there was a way to change the die cutter out for a 3mm.
SO, gamers, get the 3mm one.
It sorta works

Spend the extra money and get the Deluxe version if your going to use this to cut board game counters. This one does work, and will get you by, but you have to be very careful with it. Sometimes it likes to bite off a little too much.

Turn it upside down in your hand, so you can see the opening in the bottom when you cut. Otherwise its difficult to tell if you've got your counter in it "square". If you don't do it this way, you'll find it nips the sides as well as round the corners. And, well, you won't be happy.
I'd rather have untrimmed counters...

Worked on the first test counter, but then shaved off 1/4" edge on the others. I'd rather leave the counters untrimmed than risk further use of this. Not worth risking on $50-$100 games. I'm sure the oily residue wears can be cleaned off the device or will wear off after a while.
