I feel tricked.

I've been an Amazon customer since Amazon started. I've never returned anything. Returning things seems to be a generational solution, but not my generation. This one I'll return. It was delivered today. I carefully read the instructions. Loaded the hopper with assorted US coins. The coins cascaded in all directions except in the wrappers. Coins were on the floor for about 25 square feet. Adjusting the location of the movable lower assembly so that the lip of the chutes were at the horizontal edge of the receiving tubes partially solved the uncontrolled blast of unsorted coins. Then twenty minutes in it stopped. As the troubleshooting help said, I unloaded the hopper to remove the jammed coin. It took a long time as my hand, a normal size male hand, barely fit in the hopper to pitch just two or three coins at a time. I cut the back of my hand on the sharp pointed stirring shaft. It was tedious painful work. Finally I saw what must have been the culprit coin. It was a quarter that was lodged in the a disk-like component that holds coins of mixed denominations. The suspect quarter was one quarter hidden by a fixed cowl that was immovable without disassembly of the device, a procedure nowhere mentioned in the manual. I cannot stand it anymore. I really need something that will work. I wonder how much a person would have to pay to get a real coin sorter?

Well build, accurate when running, it will separate coins very fast and it will take generic coin wrappers as longs as they are on a cylindrical form not on a flat form, but you can easily use the flat paper wrappers after coin are been separate on the tubes, "YOU CAN" use a coin funnel shoot to transfer coins easily.. it runs with AC power very fast and durable. perfect for PTO or PTA fundraisers, a Must for every home it will pay by it self by not paying extra charge at the coin machine on grocery stores etc.

Upon receiving this coin sorter, I immediately tried it out. It started having problems from the start. It jammed several times and I had to clear the jams. The motor doesn't run fast and is very slow. The biggest thing is that it sorts the wrong coins into the wrong tubes ie. the pennies sort into the nickel tubes or the quarter tubes. I will keep it a bit longer but may have to replace it with another. For those thinking about this purchase, maybe you should go with a different one.
Helpful, but not 100% trustworthy on counting the appropriate number of coins

Received product timely as promised. Had 2 yrs worth of coins to wrap (all denominations). Machine was a cinch to set up...pretty much plug and play. Initially, the coins were not falling into the wrappers (used the kind with the rounded end, not the flat wrappers). Realized I did not pull the tray all the way out for the coins to fall in. I give it 4 stars because it still was difficult to determine if you were off by one coin or over by one coin in the wrapper. I still found myself recounting the coins and it was really 50-50 in it being the correct number of coins. I will still use it as I found it still quicker than to do the amount of coins by hand. I am also to cheap to pay 8-10% fee at the coin machines in the supermarket! I had a amazon gift card, so I didn't really pay for the sorter.
Works fine. This isn't the commercial grade coin star machine

Works fine. This isn't the commercial grade coin star machine. It rolled a medium sized jug of spare coins in under a hour about $250. I took my time and just fed the change a handful at a time. Make sure you don't have foreign coins or objects and you'll be fine. I had one jam from a deformed penny. There's a small set screw in back to release the top. Took a minute to clear it.
Added a photo from last weekend. Rolled all of this with only one small jam that I cleared quickly. Cause of the jam was a foreign coin that snuck in there.
