CBM Tony and Jack are very helpful in the ordering process. Shipping took place within 24 hours of my order. CBM provided tracking information for the truck route from Los Angeles to Murrysville, PA. I received updates twice a day on the truck's progress. Have to say that it was fun following the product from LA to our sign store. Great product. No piece of the assembly weighs over 100 pounds so its easy to transport to the work site and easy to assemble. All aluminum does cost a lot more than steel, but to me its worth it.

The walk boards are a little weak for a 200+ lb. man and the trap doors do not stay up when trying to climb through(especially the one with the cage above it). Otherwise, well engineered, lightweight, and very serviceable.
