My second one after first one died after 15-yrs? or so...Recommend buying extra tips or specific tips for specific jobs. Also recommend buying:

This soldering station is the BEST!. The iron heats quickly and the solder flow is very smooth and even. Well worth the price!

Simple but well made and tempature control works well and it can be set up for right or left handed users. I've used it to solder a lot lately and it did well soldering a board with little room to work with. Can be used for some fairly accurate soldering. Well built and would defiantly recommend over the xtronic for the simple reason of shipping. I received this one just days after where as the xtronic I canceled after waiting a month and several delays to never receive or even ship for that matter.
