These valances are of exceptional quality for the price. Even though I had read that in the reviews before ordering them I found it hard to believe. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the packages and found it to be true. As someone else pointed out, they are are with a very thick fabric so you will probably need less valances to fill out a window then you would with many other valances.
