Great quality product.

Product was as described and arrived fairly quickly vacuum sealed for freshness and bubble-wrapped to keep seeds whole. I really don't find the taste so bad I wouldn't make an ice cream flavor out of it but the bitterness is mild in my opinion. I've been eating about 7 seeds a day for a couple of weeks now and have noticed I have more energy and motivation. I had recently noticed a lump on the inside of my left ring finger that I was worried it might be a tumor. I have been eating the seeds in conjunction with a baking soda molasses tea reputed to destroy cancer by raising the body's PH level so I can't say for certain that the seeds are responsible but the lump is almost gone. So I'm happy with the product and will likely order again. The pits are not as hard as I'd imagined either and easily chewed.
