Seemed to make all the problems worse.

Seemed to make all the problems worse. Used in the winter on a 2009 Toyota Matrix with an almost empty tank of gas, then filled up (like the instructions say). Car had more trouble starting, idled much less smoothly, definitely didnt improve acceleration or anything else.
Would not buy again.

This stuff really works.

I rarely put anything in my car's fuel tank except for fluids designed designed to combat the effects of ethanol (the biggest boondoggle ever foisted on a sleeping public), but this stuff really works. I noticed the difference within 10 minutes.

Seems to have improved the performance of our SUV.
It cleans the fuel system

I dont know exactly how well it works, as I did not really look inside the engine, but this brand does seem to keep my MPG from falling as long as I use it every couple months.
Helped both of my cars run a little smoother.

I've never used anything like this before but I'm pleased I finally gave it a try. I used it in my hot rod 2003 WRX Subie (highly modified/ produces 480+ hp) and it quieted the engine noise a bit but it really made a difference in my 2011 528i BMW. I've had a problem with an engine warning alarm coming on when I really stepped down hard on the gas pedal. This happened twice in the last two months. I added a bottle of Rislone 4700 to a full tank of gas, and I haven't had any more problems. I have my fingers crossed this treatment has solved the issue...maybe I had dirty injectors or something of that nature. The mileage in the Subaru went up slightly but, with my driving style, I didn't really expect much anyway. The mileage may be better with the BMW since I drive it much more sanely. I'm looking forward to my next fill up so I can crunch the number on it.
