I am glad that I could get this Higashimaru Udon Soup via Amazon, which was originally sent to me from Tokyo by my family. I highly recommend this to the Udon and Rahmen lovers! Very light yet genuine taste!

Magic Broth Mix for Culinary Magicians.

It is the best soup stock instant mix I have ever tried. I use it for everything, soups, marination, salads, spice addition, etc. It saves me when I skip a meal, just mix with hot water and enjoy the delicious hot broth. An acquaintance from Japan brought me a "Low Sodium" version, however, I am unable to find this on-line. They are both delicious. I am going to subscribe to this and get a monthly delivery. I always get the 2 large boxes of 50 packets and keep 1 at work and home. It's magic dust for culinary creations!
