This package is damaged, in that the chocolate has bloomed. Somewhere it got heat damaged (most likely) and this is why it happened. It's not particularly tasty to eat either. I ordered the same item a month earlier in much hotter weather, and it arrived very soft because of the heat yet once it re-solidified it didn't bloom. I don't know how much heat this was exposed to or if there is some other reason for the bloom, as the caramels are in their original proper shape but the chocolate around them has melted into the shape of the wrapper. They were not warm when I got them and it wasn't warm enough outside to melt them.
