Ships quickly, albeit expensively. Product is as described, and CatGenie is a wonderful system! Had mine for years now, and never a problem I couldn't easily fix myself.

We use these to help keep our CatGenie cat box clean and running smoothly. My husband still has to occasionally clean part of the box system, but over all this seems to help when you use it. They are costly, but a necessary part of the CatGenie system.
