This thing rocks .. now I have no idea what to do for a pillow case, But you can flip it 10 ways from Sunday. I got it for my mother in law who has COPD, but she wouldnt use it . So I did , you can sit up in bed , you can put a feather pillow over the bottom part and get support and a feather pillow .. I dont know , I have never been able to sleep on my back, but with this I put a feather pillow on it and off to sleep I go!

This is the softest, fluffiest pillow ever! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because it cushes down a lot if I put my legs up under the covers over night, which is what I bought it for. On the other hand, I love to use it on the sofa to put my feet up, or to watch television. I'd like to be able to get a cover for it, because the grand-kids always want to use it on the floor. For lounging around, or elevating feet for a relatively short time, it's perfect.

Just received it yesterday, and tried it out for the first time last night. Hubby said it helped my sinuses so I didn't snore as much. I did sleep a little better than usual, not as much stuffiness in my nose, etc. Haven't tried all the positions yet to see how versatile it can be. I do prefer a firmer pillow, and yes, this one is sort of squishy, but it's also possible to open the pillow itself up and add some polyester fiberfill to firm it up. I'll probably do that at some point. Oh, and the Queen/King size is pretty wide so there's lots of pillow area.

I suffer from acid reflux and I was looking for a pillow that would give me support since laying flat does not help. You need be in a sitting position to feel relief and lets face it who can sleep in sitting position all night. I thought at first that this pillow was pricey but I was willing to give it a try and I am glad I did. I love it and now I get a good night sleep which is precious to me.

This pillow is amazing! For all the reviews say it's small, you have to choose the correct size. I ordered a king, and it's more than big enough for me. I bought the pillow to keep my foot elevated after surgery, but now I wish I had had it for my pregnancies, it is so comfy! I also get to use it when my heartburn is too bad to lay flat, or when I want to stay up reading at night! It's so versatile that I will get plenty of use out of it and will recommend it to everyone!
