This is the absolutely best cheese ever! I was reluctant to purchase through Amazon but I've done it many many times now. I first found it at Whole Foods and searched for almost a year before finding it here. They pack it with dry ice so no concerns on quality. 5 stars all day!!!

My husband enjoys a whiskey occasionally, and he is a cheese fanatic. So I got this for him as a gift. The good part (and the reason this cheese gets 4 stars) is that he liked it very much. As a non-whisky drinker, I thought the smell was incredibly overpowering and pungent. The biggest issue I had was that the package was clearly marked as perishable and had some cooling packs inside. By the time it arrived to us the packaging was warm and the cheese was semi-melted and sweating. We live in Arizona. My advice to the seller is to either find better packaging or just adopt a policy that they cannot ship during the summer to the south western states.
