My local stores rarely stock Simply7 chips. As I have been diagnosed with Celiac and suffer from wicked migraines I appreciate companies that make snacks without all sorts of additives. These Lentil chips are a nice change of pace. They are light and airy. I am sure they would work will with all manor of dips, but I enjoy them as they are.

This product includes potato starch as a second ingredient. As a result the flavor of the lentils is diluted, and the product will be more likely to bounce your blood sugar levels. The flavor is easy to miss, it is extremely mild. Very few chips are broken, product is fresh and packaged well.

The potato starch is a disappointment and ruins, for me, what might have been a big hit. I much prefer Hippeas for flavor, crunch and nutritional value.

I'll finish eating the carton of single serving packages I ordered, but I won't order this again.

we enjoyed those light, tasty lentil chips. they are not greasy or heavy. we dip them in half sour cream half mayonnaise with dillweed or garlic powder.

These were sent to me by mistake or so I thought. I was eating different chips that I thought were pretty light.....until I ate these chips!!! Forget the other chips, these are my new fav!!!! And this company actually fills the entire bag to the top with chips. I KNOW, RT!!! That should make u alone by these chips lol. It was definitely a first for us. Not use to seeing any bag of chips that are filled to the top!!

I would give these chips a better rating, but the flavor and "quantity" of the cheddar cheese seems to really vary from box to box (I purchase by the cases). I contacted the company about a month ago and received no response at all, which is very frustrating. The first few times I had them I purchased individual bags from my local health food store and they were delicious. I like that they are fairly healthy - at least as healthy as can be for a processed food. However, I then purchased a case from Amazon because I liked them so much and those bags hardly had any cheese flavor at all. They tasted like the sea salt flavor I've had before - really no cheese powder at all on the chips. That's when I contacted the company. I decided recently to try one more case after having another bag at the health food store that was good and this one is much more flavorful than the last. So I do like them when I get a good bag - I just wish the quality and flavor was more consistent.
