This product was introduced to me by our Butcher. It is AWESOME. I mix a little Yellow Corn Meal with it, Lemon Pepper & Salt. Dip fish in a milk/egg batter. Then roll in the Pride of The West mix. Place into hot grease and fry. YUMMY! Nothing beats it.
