I used to buy 2-3 of the Artichoke Pesto every time I was at Whole Foods. Then they stopped carrying it. (Still had the bruschetta, and the other pesto's, but not the artichoke pesto).
Was happy when this appeared on Amazon for comparable price. I'm willing to buy 6 at once because I know we'll work through them. Great dairy-free alternative to mayo on sandwiches. And a great thickener to add to soups and sauces.

We like to eat pasta, but I don't eat store-bought tomato sauces, and my kids think they're blah. I enjoy basil pesto, and they'll eat it, but two of the four don't like it much. This artichoke pesto is delicious, and such a nice thing to have in the cupboard for those times when we don't have the time (or the energy) to do any serious cooking. We top it with a bit of parmesan and black pepper, and everyone enjoys it. Only 3 of the kids are living here now, though--this jar is good for the four of us, with 100 grams of pasta each. If you have more to feed you'll need to open two jars. The price is better than you'd see at a gourmet shop or Williams-Sonoma, and no-one else would offer this product.

I was gifted a jar of this in a wine gift basket. We enjoyed it so much I had to find more. I'm happy I found this on Amazon at such a wonderful price. Delicious with salad, bbq chicken or just heap on French bread and enjoy!

Basil pesto is great, and Sun Dried Tomatoes are good, but Artichoke Pesto is the best. I found the 6-pack to be the most economical. You can get two servings from a single jar. I like to add a bit of lemon juice to it. Serve as a single dish, or as a side. If you can get some kind of shipping deal with it, that's the way to go. Slightly overpriced, but wonderful stuff. Don't know why I can't convince my local grocery chain to buy this.

This sauce has been a mainstay in my kitchen for a decade. The only thing is the seller keeps mixing up this one with the cheesy version. Frustrating because i can't eat that at all.
