JUST CAN'T THROW MY OLD SHAVER AWAY
john pole•July 11, 2017
I STILL USE A GILLETTE TRAC TWO RAZOR I HAVE HAD SINCE I BOUGHT IT NEW YEARS AND YEARS AGO. THEN BLADES FOR IT WENT THROUGH THE ROOF SO I WENT ON LINE AND FOUND OUT BLADES MADE IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES FIT THESE ANCIENT SHAVING DEVICES AND THE PRICES ARE REALLY LOW SO I BOUGHT A YEARS SUPPLY AND THEY PREFORM JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL TRAC TWO BLADES. I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER YEARS SUPPLY THE OTHER DAY FOR THIS COMING YEAR. I JUST DON'T HAVE THE HEART TO THROW MY OLD SHAVING PARTNER AWAY AFTER ALL THESE YEARS. IT STILL WORKS LIKE NEW. J.POLE
They get the job done nicely
Jean Alred•February 29, 2016
These blade cartridges fit Atra ® (Pivoting) type razor handles as well a "slide-on" (non-pivoting) razor handles. They have no markings on the packaging. Other than a mold identifier letter "A" followed by a two digit number there are no markings visible on the cartridge bodies. Not sure who actually makes them or where they are made; but the ones that I received from this seller are of very good to excellent quality for sharpness and durability. They are a excellent value for the money spent.
Do the Job and Cost Less
Like Natural•February 26, 2016
My husband says these blades do the job and he doesn't want to get into all the multi-blade razors. Also there is the fact that they cost considerably less than most of the other blades available. He bought a large amount so they last a long time without shopping for them. He'd give them 5 stars except that he hasn't tried any other ones for years.
Very Disappointed!
Amazon Customer•February 10, 2016
I've bought plenty of replacement blades for my beloved 80's Atra razor over the decades and never had any sort of issue with them. Unfortunately, when this order arrived and I began shaving with the first blade, I noticed that it dulled in a very short while, despite the fact that I have very light beard growth. It even began to nick my face. I tossed that blade and replaced it with another, and within a few days I nicked my face again in another place. Moving onto another, you guessed it - the edges dulled in short order. In fact, it ended up filleting a nice piece off my chin. At this point, I'd had enough and tossed the lot of them into the trash. I am very disappointed.
What a great price for these blades(I bought 100)

What a great price for these blades(I bought 100).... I have been an Atra II user all of my shaving life(now 50yrs old) with 1 metal handle and one of the plastic ones...... I used Personna years ago when Walmart sold them but then switch to Wilkinson's brand when Walmart started selling them instead---not nearly as good of cartridge as Personna... . I actually didn't know Personna still made the replacement cartridges for Atra until I found them on Amazon and at a $teal....... So glad I found them..... Oh, I am pretty sure they are made in Verona, VA just down the highway from Harrisonburg, VA where I am from... Glad they are made in the US..
