Been a flooring contractor for 25 years , this is the best I've used, yeah tough to cut, but that's why they made utility knifes. The thing I like most about the product is say you have a dip in the floor (never run across that ever 😉) instead of having a spot that pushed down whenever you walk in, you just cut some strips and slide them under the spots that are high and dip is gone I've built up spots 3 layers high and I was shocked at how firm it still felt, I figured it would have felt like asponge, but not at wish I would have came across this stuff 10 years ago.. I totally recommend it

Was a great deal! The heavy felt padding made the laminate planks sound so much better - not cheap sounding laminate flooring. Great underlayment choice and the large roll worked perfect,

Excellent product! Installed on second story under engineered hardwood flooring to replace carpeting. Reduced the noise considerably from when we had carpet. The felt is very thick but easy to measure, cut with a sharp pair of scissors, and lay in place. Loved the "peel and attach" system it has for connecting pieces. Bit pricey but worth every penny. Very impressed ... highly recommend!

I am a repeat customer for this product. In 2014, I originally used it in our bedroom and now I am redoing the living room and dining room with the same product as the result were good. It not only lays out easily but it also makes the floor sound much deeper. I have used it on wodden subfloors and on bare concrete. The results are equally good.

Good and thick underlayment. I bought 4 rolls to cover my whole house. Easy to cut and provides good sound insulation. Also easy to install using both nail-down and floating installations. For moisture protection, there is a thin film of plastic at the bottom that may suffice for some installations, but if you expect to have lots of moisture, I would recommend that you install an additional moisture barrier underneath.
