Would have all stars if this company made a better carrying case for the rain cover. Very poor quality. You have to fold rain cover very small and perfect to fit in the bag.

This fits our phil&teds double sport perfectly. I only wish it attached to the frame somehow so when you need to pull it up after the rain, it doesn't slide off the stroller. It's also not super easy to fold up. It keeps the rain out and our kids dry though.

This works great and living in Seattle we have plenty of occasions to use our stroller cover. It's made of really durable plastic and it attaches at all the right points to keep it in place. I also like the velcro side closures in the back which makes access to the second seat really easy.
The only drawback is that it's not very easy to fold back up small enough to fit back in it's pouch. You have to spread it out and fold it just so, which is fine when you're at home, but if you're out and about it can get tricky. But you can just ball it up and stick it in the undercarriage storage and fold it when you get home.

it is fine if you are only using it for 1 child. For the second child riding below this works but it is not optimal in extended rain exposure. It drains down the cover and can dump in to the lower child. If you want to go for an hour run in the rain it's not going to be the best solution for keeping both kids dry.
