Good flavor, and we love it.
Okay bottled organic mayo
Lisa Petrison•March 27, 2015
Mayonnaise is pretty easy to make from scratch once you get the knack, and it lasts for a little while in the refrigerator. Using high-quality eggs, good olive oil and good apple cider vinegar (and maybe a little mustard) makes much better-quality mayonnaise than anything out of a jar.
Of bottled organic mayonnaise out there, this seems the best. (And I definitely would not eat non-organic mayo no matter what. It's bad enough to eat soy oil at all, but soy oil with Roundup processed in is a health disaster.) Other organic products - Spectrum, Vegenaise - do not seem nearly as good.
I do use this Ojai Cook mayo on occasion though. And it is not too bad.
Wilderness Family Naturals, which is organic and does not have soy or canola oil at all, may be better. But that is difficult to get. Just making my own mayonnaise seems less trouble than getting hold of it.

The first jar was perfect and delicious

The first jar was perfect and delicious. When I ordered it again, something was wrong, I couldn't get it to mix even after stirring and stirring, even shaking the jar vigorously. Hopefully, just a fluke. I will order again and hope it is good this time because I really like it and love the fact that it is non-gmo.
tastes like an excellent Best Foods

This is a top qualtiy mayonaise, organic, tastes like an excellent Best Foods, but only with organic ingredients. And most of all, it doesn't use Canola Oil. This is one of the best mayonaise products on the market. It's great for tuna salads or spread on bread or eaten straight out of the jar.
Tasty and health

The glass jar was delivered on time and intact. The mayo is delicious. Worth the price. Its nice finding food that is made with free range eggs and other healthier ingredients.
