We bought this suit for a 2 1/2 year old ring bearer. The suit fits great. Bought a 2T and the pants and shirt are a bit too long, but I hemmed the pants and rolled up the sleeves. Perfect. Also the pants do have an elastic waistband. However, DO NOT go off of the size chart in the photos. If I had I would've ordered the wrong size.
