it doesnt work at all . Just becomes warmer after 10 mins. not working at all and then the electric wire shocked. and damaged after 10 mins it arrived in my hand. :( such a total waste of my time and expectations. very sad as this was intended to make my kids happy and exciting for upcoming bbq night for family gathering.

Purchased for a baby shower for family and followed the instructions very carefully. The chocolate was a good consistency but would not go through the fountain! We tried to get it to work for 1.5 hours and finally just let people dip their fruit in the melted chocolate in the last tier. Very disappointed. We threw the whole fountain away. Maybe we got a dud, but would not recommend!

Tiny - but worked great for tween party. Would not recommend for large gathering - it's just too small, - as is stated on size. but perfect for what I bought it for - a 10 year old bday slumber- indulge party!
