This Chinese mustard had just the right amount of 'heat' I was looking for. It had medium amount of 'sinus clearing' aspect to it. It was like the kind you get in a sit-down Chinese restaurant, more of a paste rather than the more 'liquid' in the takeout packets. Would buy again.
