When I received my Pal Not, the packaging was all ripped, and tapped up. (Will post pictures) After having it for a few days, I'm finding more things wrong with it. I know it isn't brand new. This has been previously owned, and resold. How do I know?

-An antenna looks to be glued on.
-The mesh covering the speakers shows let marks where someone tried to take it off.
A speaker is blown, and only works when it wants to.
- One eye is a LOT dimmer than the other/it should be.

All I want is what I paid for. I want a NEW one. I was very excited to receive this, and it's been nothing but disappointment. The sound I got was good. But, I'm sure would be better if it worked as it should.

If the seller would contact me to rectify the situation, that would be great.

I've had my Pal Bot for over a year, maybe even two now. I gotta say - I LOVE THIS GUY. Totally adorable, amazing audio quality, and seriously durable. After a while, his little antennae did break off (thanks, Mom! -.-) but in my opinion, he's actually cuter sans antennae. I've included a photo so you can judge for yourself. Battery life is incredible - I use my bot almost every day, in several-hour-long stretches, and I only need to recharge him every few days or so. If you're looking for an excellent, portable and durable (we're talking a cross-country move without a scratch here) speaker with a side order of adorable, this is definitely your bot.

I have purchased 5 of these Pal-Bot Speakers (4 as gifts and 1 for myself) and they're just awesome. Everyone loves them! The sound quality and depth is truly amazing, the battery charge lasts a long time (although you can keep it plugged in while you're listening, if you want) and the Droid sitting on your desk or shelf with his glowing eyes is just too cute! I highly recommend this product for anyone. :-)

I've had this cute little guy for a couple days now & so far I absolutely love him! I was so tired of only being able to listen to my devices with head phones but now I can listen to my music loud & clear & without annoying head phones & its thanks to this cute little pal bot that packs quite a punch. I do agree with other reviews that the volume rocker & power switch could be bigger & the aux wire could be made more durable as well though I do not intend to be pulling the in & out of the retractable outlet therefore it shouldn't fray over time as others have stated. I will update once I've had it longer.

I was tired of my Mac Mini's cruddy built-in speaker but didn't want to constantly use headphones/earbuds to listen to music.
I also have limited desk space so I needed something light, moveable-on-demand, and that would give relatively good sound all within the $20- $30 range.

This little guy takes up approximately the same space as that of a coffee mug, but wow does it pack a punch of sound!
The moveable arms and the glowing eyes which indicate when the battery is low or fully charged is just too cute.
Also love how the audio cord recoils back into itself when you need to pack it away.

Side note: If you leave it in the AWAKE Mode without anything playing for a considerable amount of time (10-20min) it will start making scritchy-scratchy noises that are normal with any audio speaker system. Just flip the switch over to SLEEP mode when that happens or simply play audio/music again.

Basic Overview:

~ Adorably cute Android robot.
~ Takes up the same amount of desk space as a coffee mug.
~ Easy, simple, no fuss, and feeds the need to groove to music without headphones/earbuds.
~ All for under $30
