It served its purpose however, the scalpel is not nearly sharp enough for a fetal pig dissection and ended up having to use someone else's, but everything else worked fine.

Nice zippered case...looks pretty much as advertised. .. got a bonus ruler :)... but the DULL scalpel is about as useful as a plastic spoon would be for dissection. .. I will have to sharpen it on my own... should work fine after that. .. one good thing about the blade being so thick and blunt, it will last a long time /can be sharpened many times. .. not bad if you only need 1 kit... but I was hoping to get a class set, I really don't want to have to sharpen all the blades... 😥
