Bought this phone for my Dad who has dementia. The concept appeared to be a great idea. This phone is junk. The static in it is so bad that you couldn't possibly hear on it. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.

Don't waste your money. I bought this for my elderly father because the photo programming feature is so cool. And that was cool. Its also very loud. But there was terrible static from the start. Within 2 months it stopped making outgoing calls entirely. We got a partial refund when we returned it, but I think we should have gotten all the money back for something that broke within 2 months.

Bought for visually impaired relative. There was a lot of static on the line after set up and we determined it was the CLAP300 by using same phone line to different phone and also due to the fact it was happening on both phones. Also, picture image templates are too small and don't stay in place easily- you would have to tape them down. I returned the phones.
