Really like this product A LOT! I recently switched from their ethyl ester derived formula of fish oil to this triglyceride version of this fish oil (based on a very thorough comparison of ethyl ester derived fish oils versus triglyceride versions and which is better for your overall health as far as delivering the benefits of the fish oil...apparently the triglyceride version works better to receive all the health benefits). I've been taking fish oil supplements ever since I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes back in 2006. I truly believe I am finally reaping good health benefits now that I am on this triglyceride derived version. I notice my dry eye condition is better...my eyes are less bloodshot from the dryness. (I do use artificial tears now and then, too, but prefer not to do that too often. Don't like putting anything in my eyes.) I'm hoping that my chronic inflammation is better as well throughout my body. I do have more energy and feel great but that could be due to my healthy diet I started in the last few months, too. I will continue to supplement with this product as my doctor believes they are good for me and I trust my doctor. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a fish oil supplement that is affordable and really gives you all the benefits it boasts. I feel this is a good value for my dollars spent. :)

I know there are tons of reviews out here which says Triglyceride is no different than Ester Oil and even Nutrigold puts out a comparison showing that Ethyl Ester is cheaper more powerful and better. I believed in that and for years have been using Nutrigold's Ethyl Ester based Omega 3 and my Cholesterol was always around 245-265. But recently I switched and gave Triglyceride a try and within 2 months my cholesterol came down to 185. For the first time in last 15 yrs I have seen such low numbers on my cholesterol. I will pay extra and stick with Triglyceride.

Bought this for my husband as his opthomologist/surgeon recommended it. He had Salzmann's and because of that he had to have both eyes operated on to remove the nodules. His surgeon said the Omega 3 fish oil capsules would help with the healing and the lubrication of his eyes. He has noticed a definite positive as far as the lubrication of his eyes is concerned. He had been having to put cream in his eyes every night before sleeping in order to keep them from crusting over from the dryness. Since taking these capsules - about 6 months now - he's had no problems with dry eyes. Will continue to take them.

THESE CURE DRY EYE as long as you remember to take them. I had to miss a week due to surgery and my eyes got dry again, but as long as I take these I can wear my contacts again! I wasted a lot of money on drops and heated eye pads!! They work within a day!

Did way too much research in a quest for "the best fish oil". Ester vs Triglyceride blah blah. Triglyceride won out as most third party studies show it to be more bioavailabile vs ethyl ester. After deciding which type of oil I needed, I set out to find the best brand. It was between nutri gold and Nordic naturals. Honestly you can't go wrong with either. I decided to try Nutri Gold and I can honestly say I feel better, less mental fog. My initial reasoning for starting omega 3 was heart health as I have high cholesterol. I will be getting a blood panel in the next month to see if my cholesterol levels have improved since starting this product.
