Have used this several times since purchase and always get the same reading, regardless of the test??
Great for door/gate tech

Bought this to test inductive loops on gate operators. Works just as well as my co-worker's Fluke, but far less costly. The included case is an added bonus.
Megger works good owner Manuel sucks

Meter works great, but the instruction book with it is incomplete and poorly written, making on line research a must.

Using it to check Graco electrostatic spray guns and works very well.
I would pay up for a Fluke...

My unit never worked quite to my expectations. I bought a used Fluke insulation tester on Ebay and have never been happier. I have my original ANPDR-77 fluke meter from my days in the US Navy, from the late 80's, and other than a one time overhaul because of batteries that leaked it is still going strong. I have learned to buy the best quality tools you can afford and take care of them cuz they will probably last you a lifetime. Unfortunately, I did not get that feeling from this product.
