I have Celiac Disease but also love pizza. I have tried many Gluten free pizza crusts, but they are always soggy. However, I just ordered this pizza crust this week and I'm so glad I did! :) It's delicious, crispy, and tastes like an authentic pizza. I just pop it into the oven for 10 minutes with my toppings and it's that simple! It's so good, I already ate two pizza's this week. I also love the fact that it's dairy-free, as I have that diet restriction as well.

This is one of the best GF products as far as taste, healthy for you, and usefulness. It's a medium size, slightly larger than competitors. This is much, much more than a large cracker and cooks through better too. It's really tasty and that's even with the fact that it wasn't shipped with ice and arrived smelling strongly of yeast--as if it was supposed to be thawed only upon use, so I froze them immediately upon receipt. No instructions provided.
Took several days to arrive (winter months) and I got the feeling it was uncooked, so that surprised me. I expected frozen. They freeze and thaw well. Best GF pizza crust ever!
