We purchased this item 5 months ago. I was very pleased at the price and how well it kept time for the Rolex. It worked 5 months and stopped. We would like a refund or a new one!

This watch winder arrived well packaged and ready for use. It has 3 speeds and I use the lowest for my Rolex Submariner. I used it for a 4-day trip when I left the Rolex at home. On return, the watch was still running. The winder has a green light to show it is on, which is handy because the motor only turns occasionally. I give it four stars instead of five because I have not had the winder for long. Will report back later this year.
Not enough to keep watch running

Another reviewer had already said this and I can confirm - no way to have a rotation cycle that can keep the watch 'charged', so most of the time the watch was essentially dead. I tried the different cycles, but if you keep the watch for 3 or 4 days in it it will be dead. Used with 2 different high end watches, same problem.

I bought this Versa Winder on November 2014 and it works fine within first two years. In November 2016 this year, this winder does not rotate any more. Since it has only a one year warranty I decided to open this winder. To my surprise, some inside parts of this new winder are actually very old. This winder was produced in 2014 while the speed control part of it was produced on March 31 2010. This new winder with old parts inside it makes me not surprise that this winder will not be durable.

This winder works well, with four available settings [Mode A: 850TPD, clockwise rotation, Mode B: 850TPD, counterclockwise rotation, Mode C: 650TPD, bidirectional rotation, and Mode D: 1050TPD, bidirectional rotation] including the recommended one for my watch. It runs quietly, is compact and low-profile, and fit well on a small shelf. The design is practical (no large flip-up lid like other winders) and attractive (sleek and modern). Overall an excellent product, and exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Note that the green 'Power On' LED (located at the bottom front of the winder) is *very* bright; bright enough to be distracting on a work desk or in a darkened sleeping room. I put a piece of tape over mine, and can still easily see when it's on - right through the plastic casing around it.
