UPDATED.... once I reached out to the actual vender, they jumped all over making my order right. They listened and acted swiftly.... KUDOS for what good customer service is all about and THASNK YOU>
I received one shipment of poorly packaged parts and loose parts. Determined quickly only partial order. Have reached out several times to figure out where the rest is, with no response. Not impressed. Put the windmill "head" together (after buying missing fasteners) and it seems to work well.. need the tower to finish... can't get an answer as to where it is at or when I will get it.
