This was my third Voice Caddie. My first one lasted over a year, but it only worked in SoCal. I gave that one to a friend and bought one that worked everywhere. That one was great and lasted for at least 3 years and I play a lot of golf. This was my 3rd one, but it fell off my chain last Wednesday. The clip fell off and I couldn't find it on the golf course. I had to buy another one yesterday. It just fell off the clip. I had a chain with a clip and no Voice Caddie. So 2 months later, I am buying another Voice Caddie. Please address the clip issue.

So, I bought one. I have only used it 3 times now. It finds courses very quickly, it responds what appears to be very accurate, with only a single push of a very large button on top. As long as it keeps doing that I am very happy with it.
It came fully charged and it charges in very short order from computer or automobile charger.
I played one 18 hole round, the female voice said it had 46% charge left. I plugged it into my car charger and it was fully charged in less than 30 minutes. (I think less time but I didn't really pay attention until I unplugged it at 30 minutes and it was fully charged.

I purchased this for my wife who golfs league on a different course then the one we are members. When we found out that our home course wasn't on the device we had it added to the list. After making sure the list on their "download manager" was updated to include our home course, we downloaded the updated list but couldn't get the VC 200 to connect. We kept getting a, "Device not connected" notice! We tried from 3 different computers (each using a different operating system) and none could get the device to connect and update the new list.. ....Being as their "Download Manager" won't connect to her VC 200 we have no way of updating or adding new courses to her VC 200. So unless the course you play is loaded on the VC 200 course list when you purchase it, you seem to be out of luck trying to add new ones. ....In fact their "download manager" states that no courses are loaded on the VC 200 device list
Update: I was told by "support" to to get a "R.M.A number(return merchandise authorization number) from their [email protected] web
site. I've contacted the site twice in the last 7 days and requested a RMA number. Today is 8/06/17 and I have yet to hear anything form them!

Boy does this thing work. Wether you're walking or riding, it is going to be on the mark. Makes it quick and simple. If you're playing a course that has had rain, and they say cart path only, the gps on the cart doesn't do you any good because you could be 60 yards away from your ball.Fits on your hat, your collar, a belt loop, or the belt itself. Enjoy and get the distance you were hoping for
Useless device for where I live

I live in st.maarten in the Caribbean, the voice caddy will not recognize my golf course and to have it recognized I have to send a screen shot of the score card and pictures and then wait 3 weeks, are you kidding. Every other gps device will recognize this course. Nobody will answer the phone at customer service.
