Buy a better model!

We bought this new 2 years ago for our small coffee shop/restaurant and have always had issues with it. Had to eventually stick a butter knife in the side of the door just to keep it shut while it worked. Then the back started smoking and it's going to cost $1500 just to get the parts, which are all backordered for 2 weeks. I called Jet-Tech offices in Canada, which speaks French, and they were no help. Save yourself time and eventually more money and get a better brand.
