It helps remove mud on shoes

To get the boot scrubber stable it needs to be grounded. I don't want to drill into the cement as it cannot be repaired easily to stabilize nor can it be sunk into the mud/dirt. Therefore, it moves around when attempting to use it on the ground. I've taken my shoes/boots off and attempted to hold it during use. It works a little. I wish the bristles were stronger.

I've seen shoe cleaners like this on trails. People are asked to clean their shoes when entering or leaving protected areas, to stop the spread of invasive species. This product is basically the same thing. It's rock solid, effective, and cheap.
I didn't bother with the mounting hardware. I bought some cheap double-sided adhesive pads and slapped a couple onto the bottom of this thing. Works perfectly.
