This is a great find. One trick I use- mix two or three tablespoons of cornstarch (not baking soda or baking powder they add a bad taste) and your fish will be much crispier. When removing from oil (I use peanut oil) after cooking place on a rack (not paper towels) to keep the final product crispy. Bon Appetit!

This was my first time using beer batter for my fish. Very simple instructions and very pleased with the end result. Went online to see the best beer to use for beer batter and the search results recommended a pale ale or amber beer. I selected Coors Banquet which worked out well. My husband who is a bit finicky about his fish and batter was really pleased with how it came out. Served it with some air fried sweet potato fries. Will definitely make this more often.
