my first attempt at kombucha. the SCOBY in this packet was crap. it sunk to the bottom. i ended up buying another SCOBY from another seller on amazon. once i put the new SCOBY in, it fermented out some great tasting kombucha. i would not buy this again. you can get great tasting tea from anywhere, and get a SCOBY somewhere else.
