I made ham and beans tonight and it turned out great with this! I was skeptical because of salt being the first ingredient but it worked! I had leftover ham but no hambone and this saved the taste. It wasn't too salty and I kept adding more. I'm not a big salt person either.

Good flavor but too salty. Same is true for most Better Than Bullion products. Surely the manufacturers realize that salt can be added by the user more easily than it can be removed.
